These grips were ordered from Bud's Gun Shop and arrived promptly. They are a snug fit with the Officers Model of 1911 (Compact .45).. Indeed, a hair dryer to heat the front strap of the grips aided in stretching them around the grip on the pistol so that the screw studs would enter the holes on the grip side panels. The grips provide a comfortable hold and reduce felt recoil of the pistol. They're great to have and would buy again if I acquire another such handgun..

I really love these grips. I put them on an EAA Garden 1911 Officer model and they work great with my large hands. Very comfortable.
