Awesome product fit great on my 1911

Great grips for the price, maybe even the best I’ve had. Get better with age. 2nd pair I’ve purchased for my other 1911. Fits perfect on mostly all Full Size 1911’s and clones. Only problem is that with the original Tisas 1911’s, there’s a small bit that’s hollowed out on the back of the grips to make room for the safety. On the Tisas the safety is a bit longer. The replacements do not come hollowed out, so if you want them to fit on your Tisas you’ll have to work it down a bit. Other than that, probably my favorite grips I’ve ever owned for my 1911 collections.

For what they are, thses are great grips. They are real quality hard wood, but very smooth. Shooting in summer months outside thet get real slippery. But in a climate controlled environment, they are just fine, and look good.

Walnut? More like very slick plastic. I doubt it's anything but plastic. Thought it was too good to be true, and I was right. I have ordered several guns and products through Buds, and this is my first disappointment with anything. Service is always good. Spend a little more and get a good set of grips.
