I got mine today.....great gun sturdy and solid...trigger is a lot harder than let's say a Glock but I do not mind it at all.. I see it as a safety feature..then again I bought this gun for personal protection not for target practicing...love the gun overall...

Just bought this gun after doing a very good amount of online research. So far it seems great. Like most of the other reviews state, it seems solid, feels good, looks good, and is a great deal for a semi-auto. I cleaned it up, and put about 90 rounds through it today. Not one jam, and seemed pretty on target. All of my shots were in the 9-10 point range on the torso silhouette at 7 yards. Per other reviews, the trigger is very stiff. I think I can shoot more accurately if the trigger pull was easier, but it shoots well if you focus. I actually don't mind the stiff trigger pull, since that is really the only safety. I think you would have a hard time "accidentally" pulling the trigger on this gun. One other observation is that right out of the box, the thumb slide release was very difficult to manipulate. I couldn't release it, with or without the magazine. After firing the first magazine, though, it worked fine. I'm very pleased with this gun; great value for the price. Over the holidays I shot my father-in-laws Glock 9mm and .45. Admittedly, they were very nice, too. Very easy trigger pull compared to the SW40VE, but probably almost twice the price. Maybe I'll lighten the trigger pull one day; I'll wait and see. Bud's was great. Great environment, selection, and prices. I'll be back.

Awesome gun for the $!!! Simple, rugged, reliable. The trigger is a little stiff but nothing serious. I would recommend this pistol to someone who is a first time gun buyer or someone who is looking for a basic, reliable pistol for protection.
