Can’t beat the price. Exposed hammers are a nice touch. Not as lite as one would think but handles well. Thanks Buddy.

Get Off My Lawn!!!
This is just the gun you need if you are a crusty old man sitting on your front porch. It's a lot of fun to shoot. I've successfully done some skeet shooting with it, in spite of it not really being a bird gun. I was about as accurate with this as with my 12GA Mossy. I especially like the external hammers for that click-click warning sound. While my hammers are still in good shape, they look like they could break easily if you subject them to much abuse. That being said, I haven't had any problems, so that's just the look. The dot matrix printing on the side, and giant "Made In China" announcement is no fun. It's very stiff out of the box, but that's ok, you can work it while you're sitting on your chair on the porch. I thought it would loosen up after some shooting, but still after a couple hundred rounds, and lots of work, it's still pretty stiff. You may need to file and sand. It's heavy, especially for a little coach gun. Gun says on the side that it is for lead shot only. Choke appears to be the same for both barrels. All in all, for a man with teenage daughters, this is a great gun to keep the varmints away.

I like to think I did my due diligence before I ordered this gun. The comments from others were that you got what you paid for. It's not finished that well but does what it's supposed to: function as a coach gun. Mine has a large gap in the seam between the barrels so the finish could be a lot better. The shotgun I ordered was shipped disassembled and when I attached the barrels to the receiver, they seized tight. The barrels won't swing open, which means you can't load the gun or take it apart. Since I bought the gun new it's under warranty. I emailed Century Arms about the problem and their response is, "We'll get back to you." Would I recommend this gun? Only if you want to waste $300 plus.

Another great transaction with Buds. The shotgun is well built, like a tank. It is very practical. I'm happy with it.

Gun arrived in fine condition. Looks great. It is a heavy 20ga, hoping to take some of the kick out of it. My only complaint is on both barrels stamped in 1/4 inch font MADE IN CHINA geeze, huge font. I would have paid an extra $100 not to have that stamped on both barrels.

I already have a Stoeger 12 Ga coach gun from Buds. Just wanted one to have fun with and not worry about getting scratched. The quality is better than I expected and a good looking gun. Very good for the price.

You get what you pay for, this coach gun definitely isn't well finished. It has large needle punch type lettering on both sides. From 5 feet away it looks very nice. The stock and forearm are thick. Its heavy. BUT IT WORKS VERY WELL. I wanted this for a "kick around" type shotgun that I didnt have to worry about getting scratched/dinged up. It serves that purpose very well. If you are looking for something pretty this isn't for you. If you are looking for a "truck gun" then I think you will be as happy as I am. I have to add, as ugly as the finish is, it locks up tight. I'm not scared to fire it. It was worth $300. Double barrels are just plain neat. Buy it. You'll like it.

I don’t have any bad issues with the 20ga coach gun, it can be tight at first. But make sure you clean it up really good due to packing grease. It’s a fun authentic looking double barrel at a affordable price. My experience has been great ordering through Buds Gun Shop and will be back to buy more

Purchased this for the wife in .20GA to give an injured shoulder a break. The gun is a bit heavy for it's size, but is of no real concern when in use. The added weight also appears to help calm down the recoil a little when she's firing buckshot, slugs, etc.. This one is a perfect truck gun and an excellent choice for aggressive varmint eradication. If you pick one of these up, plan on devoting about an hour or so for a thorough cleaning due to it being packed in a more than generous amount of grease. This gun is no "Vault Queen" & screams to be used. It's a fun gun to shoot and you can't go wrong for the price. In fact, I'm thinking about picking up another one in .12GA.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this firearm for the price paid. Everything works as expected and it was well put together. It did take some cleaning but that was expected from the previous reviews I read. I would purchase this shotgun again and would encourage anyone thinking of buying one to do so without worry per my experience. I also own this gun in 12 gauge and found it to be a quality firearm as well.

Love the gun. But it won't eject the shells. And hard to break open to get shells out

This gun is fun to shoot, whether holding it at the shoulder or waist. The weight of the two barrels helps to reduce recoil. I didn't have one problem while shooting it for the first time. I am happy with this purchase.

Shotgun price was good; free shipping is really good. Shotgun looks really rough, but shoots well. In order to load it, it is so stiff that I have to "break" it over my knee and the same to get the shells out of it after shooting. It needs a lot of polishing to make it operate smoothly. For the price, this is to be expected. I was expecting a gun with no choke but this one has barrels with modified choke. No big deal. Now I want the 12 gauge one.

Shotgun arrived yesterday. The barrel had broken thru the box. Lucky there was no damage. Maybe it should be double boxed. I purchased this gun knowing I would need to do work on it before shooting it. The machine work is pretty rough. I was able to clean it up with a small Swiss file and crocus cloth. The barrel now falls open on its own when the release lever is pushed. The spring on the release is very stiff. I will have do something with it at some point. The inside of the barrels looks good. I did order a small hone to slick up the chambers. The outside of the barrels is pretty rough where they are joined together with some kind of white substance. There was rust in the open groove on the bottom at the chamber end. It took some time to clean it up with Q tips dipped in wd 40. The wood is very nice but there was a lot of rough wood in the grooves on the bottom of the forearm. Had to use a wood carving chisel and sandpaper to clean it out. This gun is ok if you know going in it will need work. Not for the unskilled person. If you can afford it I would go for the Cimmaron.

Fun little gun! You feel like a total boss when you cock the rabbit ear hammers and then pull both triggers at the same time. It doesn't have a choke in either barrel, so it has quite a spread. If you're trying to dust clay pigeons with bird shot, you better pull the trigger quick, because once it gets out to 30 yards, you don't have much of a chance. On the bright side, I found that I really didn't have to aim when I was Skeet shooting, but rather just point and pull the trigger immediately. It's a novelty gun that's dirt cheap. Don't labor over 300 bucks, just buy the thing!

Love this shotgun for the price. Solidly built. Tight lock up. Nice stock. Nice pad. Metalwork is functional, but not all that nice. Triggers are good. Easy to pull spend shells. Really like the tang safety. Weight helps a lot to manage felt recoil. Mine came with two modified choke barrels, perfect for all types of ammo. Bead is fine. Magnetic fiber optic site works really well on the 3/8 rib. Good shotshell accuracy on clay pigeons at 40 yds. Fifteen (15) inch slug accuracy at 50 yds. A really fun gun to operate and shoot. Looks bad a$$. Can easily remove swivels for cleaner look. If you want a great economical coach gun, get this 20 gauge, you will not be disappointed if your gun works as good as mine. Very good value.
