Fantastic rifle. For the price probably one of the best .223/5.56 guns on the market. Took it home, gave it a good cleaning, oiled it and took it to the range. 6 months later and over 1000 rounds and it runs like a dream. No failures yet with any factory ammo or reloads. Mossberg made another winner here. As always great service from Buds.

Great looking gun with reasonable price but the fixed stock is very bad. The smoking issue is unexpected. The gun start to get smokey very easily after couple rounds !!!

Great AR-15 for the price .. the deal with the fixed is easily fixed, but drilling out the "pin" on left side just ?? not sure why they took extra time to put it there & then charge more for a adjustable stock .. oh wait.. that's the reason!! I took punch & pinged the "pin: .. then drilled it out .. took my time & even at that it looks a little "ruff" but now it will adjust. If I had spent 800+ on it I'd of just lived with it .. so all in all it's a very god rifle for the price & not it is adjustable .. As always Bud's a pleasure to deal with ..

As a new customer, I was impressed with the customer service. Ordered this gun on Monday and received it in excellent condition on Wednesday. Nice looking gun for the price. Can't wait to get it to the range.

For the price this gun is a decent purchase but a caveat must be noted. As indicated on the website the stock is fixed and not adjustable despite having the adjustment release lever integrated into the stock. It does not work and a replacement part is required to make this stock functionally adjustable.

Finally got this out to the range after very quick action by Bud's to get it to the FFL. The only issue seems to be that the adjustable stock is virtually frozen in place. Fortunately it is all the way back so I can use it for sighting in the optics. I was going to replace the stock in any case but now I will replace the tube as well and send the frozen pair back to Mossberg (I can't get the old one off the tube, and yes I do know I need to lift the handle to take it off). On the range the unit ate the Freedom Munitions re-manufactured .223 ammo without any issues and the rifle was amazingly accurate out of the box. The optics mounts were too high and I will need to replace them for comfort, but the groups were less than 2" shooting off hand at 100 yards so I can't complain. Being left eye dominate and therefore shooting left handed I will change out the charging handle to an ambi and the trigger needs to be replaced for better control, but for the money this is an excellent purchase. One less star for the frozen stock.

This is my 2nd AR15 and I love more than my 1st. Feels great, looks great, and shoots great. Buds has excellent service and excellent prices too. THANKS BUDS

Awesome rifle! Worth every penny and then some. Shoots accurate and flawlessly. Out-performs other rifles that are twice the price.

Shipped on 3/24/2015 and I picked the rifle up this morning from my FFL...it's my first time ordering anything from buds and I have to say...GREAT SERVICE! Customer service responded promptly whenever I had an inquiry and I couldn't be more pleased...I still have to take the rifle to the range but from the initial inspection before I left my FFL it looks great!
