accurate rifle that shot sub MOA with 50 grain vmax load. Trigger was okay not great. Bolt was pretty rough but shot well for what it is.

My second gun I have ordered from Buds and everything was great. The gun is very impressive and very accurate. I saw some negative reviews on the action of the gun, but everything worked great. All my AR magazines worked perfectly without any jams. Shot several different brands of ammo and all worked well. Buds had a great price on the. You can't go wrong with this rifle. Beautiful stock on the rifle.

The Mossberg MVP Varmint has been an excellent rifle for the 4 years I've owned it. It will shoot as far as your glass and the .223/5.56 cartridge will let you. I've used it on many prairie dogs out to 300 yards with excellent results. 100% reliable with Mossberg and Magpul magazines. I would NOT recommend using steel cased ammo with it. I had a few fired steel cases get stuck in the chamber and also had to replace the extractor after it broke while trying to pull the aforementioned steel cases out of the chamber. Mossberg CS was excellent and I had it fixed in a few days. I added a Surefire ProComp 556 muzzlebrake for less recoil and a little more "cool factor". YMMV.

Bought 3 of these before Christmas. They shoot awesome,but you need to put the gun together before you use it! Scope mounts were loose on all 3' and all of the screws holding the stock to the gun assembly were also loose! The guns shoot awesome but Mossberg quality control needs kicked in th butt! With hand loads this gun is surgical at 200 yards! The boys and I have enjoyed them .

Great Rifle!!! Very smooth transaction via firearms4you ffl. This rifle has everything I was looking for. Heavy threaded barrel, target stock, detachable mag. I put a Vortex optic and rings and added a bipod and have been very happy with the 100 yard+ groups. This gun will out shoot the operator. Thanks Buds!!!

This was my first purchase from Bud's. I placed the order on 2/27 w/ e-check & it was at my FFL on 3/10. Once it made it to the shipping dept., I received it quickly (e-check took about 5 days). I purchased the bare rifle w/ threaded barrel & added Hammers 6-24x50 optics, a bi-pod and custom muzzle brake.This gun is a blast to shoot! Being an 18 yr. LEO, I've always been more of a pistol shooter (and short range carbines). Once dialed in and w/ some practice, this gun will easily shoot sub MOA groups @ 100 yards. Thanks Bud's! I LOVE this gun!
