Got this bad boy yesterday when it got shipped to my FFL dealer and I must say I'm impressed with this gun. Fast shipping, looks good no scratches and love the all black finish. What can I say? Buds is the greatest. Ordered on monday, had this cool home defense AK in my hands wednesday afternoon. I'm excited about this gun, american made, solid and durable. Century arms has done a good job. Not to mention at a great price. My second transaction with buds and I can't be more pleased. Doing all my deals with buds from now on.

After purchasing the C39V2 with zero issues after 2,000 rounds I went ahead and picked up this pistol. The best way to describe this AK pistol is it's a raging AK with anger management issues. It shoots fireballs in broad daylight, and is by far the loudest AK I have; VEPR 12 included. After 90 rounds the sucker gets hot; very hot, but it keeps on firing no matter what kind of ammo or mags you use. Accuracy is dead on at 25-30 yards, if you need to go further out use the rifle. I don't use a brace, just a single point sling to control the rapid fire. If you want a smooth shooting AK, go with the rifle..if you want a raging lunatic AK pistol, this is it. Also, I would be careful with what you mount on the rails, the percussion has destroyed a mag light/laser combo I had mounted on the side. I'll try a red dot on the top gas rail, but my assumption is anything mounted on the quad rail better be invincible because of the percussion so close to the flash hider.

First time purchase here at Buds went very smooth and effortless will be back again for future purchases. The CIA HG3083BN C39 PISTOL feels very well made and made in American with old glory on the side; also milled from a solid piece of steel. As for it performance the bolt was a little sticky at first however, it was easily fixed by adding some gun oil to the inside of the receiver rails where they meet with the bolt carrier. Then rack the Ak (empty naturally) until its smooth then pop it open again take a rag to clean out the finish that was rubbed off, re-lube and now it should be smooth as butter. I took it to the range and had no feed issues, all the shells I checked had been hit precisely in the center, very accurate and most of all fun to shoot. The only negative I can think of is the top rail on the hand guard is a little bit wobbly so if you're planning on using an optic I would invest in a quality aluminum rail hand guard however, since the deal on this pistol is so good it saves some money to upgrade anyway. Also got the rubber AK Hogue grip, very worth it in my opinion.

I purchased this pistol about two months ago. I finally got the chance to go try it out. This is an awesome weapon. I am a US Army veteran and I have had the pleasure of firing many different pistols and rifles. I regularly shoot pistols 40's & 45's, revolvers 357 magnum, and many different rifles ar-15 22's and shotguns. This is the most fun pistol I have ever fired! I went out with my adult sons and we had an absolute blast with this pistol. I hip fired it mostly, and the recoil is very minimal. I have put about 500 rounds through this pistol with zero misfires or any hint of any prolem. This thing ejects shells very well, about 15-20 feet. It is very comfortable to hold, but I plan to put a finger grooved rubber grip on it for added control. I will also add a sling, so it is easier to hold with one hand while changing magazines. This is now my favorite weapon. I recommend that anyone thinking about pruchasing this, go for it. You will not be disappointed.

This is my first AK pistol and I've got to say that this thing is a chunk of metal. I bought this gun to be used as a trunk gun to go along with my bug out gear. I picked this gun up from my FFL a few days ago and I love it. The only complaint I have is the finish is almost like a powder coat. So it scratches pretty easy. I now have a nice long scratch on the bolt carrier from accidentally trying to charge it with the safety on. So that's why it only gets 4 stars. Other than that, everything works fine. Like I said, this thing is heavy for it being so small. But I don't mind dealing with a little bit of weight at all. I was also surprised at the fact that it comes with a PMAG. Very happy with the gun and buds always pulls through

This is my first purchase from Buds, transaction process was very smooth and quick. I received my gun within 5 business days. I am very pleased with Buds. As for this pistol took it out to the range this past weekend fired 120 rounds of Brown Bear steel case ammo through it without a single issue. Love the fact that it came with 2 mags and a carry case. Very pleased with Buds and Centry Arms C39 pistol.

Fun as heck! Get a SB-47 brace, $100 reflex sight and LOTS of ammo and you will have a BLAST! Eats everything you put into it (steel Tula, 40yr old Mil Surplus, etc). Approx 400 rounds without a single malfunction. Easy to disassemble and clean and actually quite accurate for what it is. This isn't a sniper rifle. it's meant to "spray and prey" and it does it well.

Buds was great as always , Buy this AK 500 rounds and runs great . Lots of fun at the range , will eat the cheap ammo and keep on shooting. Great gun for the price and well built.

This gun is a beast !!!!!!! I shot 240 rounds through it with zero problems. Once you add the scope, laser and flashlight it becomes quite heavy. I am a big guy so the weight does not bother me, one thing the weight does is that it reduces the recoil. I would highly recommend this gun.
