Harry, no Sir. The ability for a Semi-Auto Handgun to accept a detachable magazine out side of the pistol grip is a restriction across the entirety of the State of IL. A manufactured weight of fifty (50) ounces or more when the pistol is unloaded is also prohibuted (this pistol weighs 50 ounces unloaded).
