BUY IT & TRY IT PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY & REFUND POLICY

• You are restricted from modifying the gun from its original factory condition if you want to return it for a refund during the 30‑day trial period.
• You may not use a manufacturer’s rebate to purchase the gun, should one apply.
• The program only applies to new & used handguns sold on BudsGunShop.com.
• The program does not apply to guns purchased through our three retail locations.
• Layaway and Credova financing are not eligible.
• Only the original purchaser who participated in the program may return the gun.
• A maximum of two “Buy It & Try It” guns are allowed per order.
• Once Bud’s receives your returned gun, we will inspect it for excessive wear, tear, or damage. If the gun passes inspection, we will credit your account for only only the purchase price of the item(s) and any applicable sales tax. If our inspection reveals excessive wear, tear, or damage, we will determine the firearm’s fair market value and credit your account for that amount, minus the $15 participation fee.
• Bud’s inspection will look for things such as holster wear; frame, slide, cylinder, or barrel damage; nicks or marks on the finish; and missing components (e.g., magazines). It is in your best interest to handle the firearm safely and properly during the trial period to help ensure you receive the full purchase price credited to your account.
