An excellent choice to practice with a 1911 without the cost of 45ACP ammo, Looks, feels the same-no recoil . A well built firearm that came off the same production line as the Sig version I am told. It is a little particular on what you feed it. No problems though when using CCI Mini-Mags 40gr. Cheap ammo not advised. Sights very accurate right out of the box. We use this as one of the training guns on a NRA Pistol Safety course we teach. Had this one for a number of years and no problems. Highly recommend for both target and plinking.

The purchasing experience through Bud's was outstanding. I have purchased a couple of weapon's from Bud's and have always had excellent service. Fast shipping and great tracking information. This weapon is a pleasure to shoot. Had a couple of jamming issues up front, but determined it was the ammo. I changed to a different ammo and no more issues. If I purchase any more weapons in the future, Bud's will be the place I purchase it from.

Really love the GSG 1911 .22 LR I received from BUDS. Handles and shoots well with all ammo i have shot so far. Feels like an actual .45 ACP in your hands. Fun to shoot and looks great too.

    Harry, is this with one or multiple magazines? Other magazines would be a quick test to narrow down if it is magazine relate or pistol related. Magazines are known to cause the bulk of firing issues. You can also disassemble/ clean the inside of the magazine and make sure the follower glides up and down smoothly.
