Hi Adriel, this is NOT Washington State legal. The others all missed one point (2 actually) --- Prohibited - A semiautomatic rifle that has an overall length of less than 30 inches; The KelTec RDB Survival has an overall length of 26.1", which makes it illegal in WA state.
