I purchased a 1911 Dan Wesson month ago with extended warranty, unfortunately after first shooting I noticed, the slide was rubbing against hammer. Buds prepared a repair order and I sent the gun to their gun-smith. After 2 weeks I called them, a kind lady asked me to call at July 31st, & promised I would get updates. Today July 31st, I called and got no information nothing, I should call at Friday AGAIN. Does anybody have recently positive experiences with Buds-gun smith & repair ? Thank you

I would email them now through the "email us tab". In the email vent your frustration with what happened and explain you want a phone call update immediately. And if you do not here from them by noon, start calling and don't stop until they update you. 1-859-368-0371. You deserve an update even if its to say its not repaired yet, they owe you info at the very least. Good luck, let us know how it worked out.
