Hi Joseph, this comes with a 4x20 scope as a package from Marlin. I cannot find the specific model. Since Buds does not open new firearm packages you can call Marlin Customer with the UPC to find which specific scope at: (800) 544-8892

Its a 4x32 after looking at some being sold second hand. When you view Marlins website, they offer no 795 with scope. So Buds would be the one to ask as they are the ones likely who added it. I'd call 1-859-368-0371 or use the live chat to find out for sure.
