It must be shipped to an FFL dealer. If you have one that is not listed on Buds list, you can have any FFL (Gun Store/Pawn Shop/ Sporting Goods Store or Individual private FFL) send their FFL info to Buds for Shipping.
Retired Navy AT here you will have to contact the gun store at Camp Pendleton and have them send a copy of their FFL to Buds. It can be Faxed to 1-800-804-5569 any transfer fees would be set by the base store. Buds would have no part in those fees they are between you and the FFL holder
Still need an FFL. Unless one is on the base and its the closest, send it to another. You're retired so I'd imagine your trying to arrange a free pickup and don't live on base, but its not possible. It must go to an FFL. Just pick the closest and cheapest in your area.
