What is the difference between the 92 Centurion vs the 92X Centurion?  Also can the front sites be replaced on the 92 Centurion?

The X has a longer barrel and higher capacity.

Jamie,  the the only difference is the Grips, Sights and Magazine capacity.  The X has standard 17rd Magazines and the non X 15rd Magazines.
