Tovon. BUDs is a Class 3 dealer. For state to state transfer contact the FFL in the state you want to transfer gun to a resident of that state and work with your FFL in your state of residence to coordinate the state to state transfer.
State to state is processed according to federal and state regulations through a class 3 dealer. Arraignments are made between bids and the dealer, for fees and the local dealer fallows all guidelines prior the release of the gun
