If it is on the Cali DOJ approved list it is. Ask your local FFL. They know the laws.

Rick, no Sir, the Taurus has not been Certified nor is on the CA DOJ Approved Roster just yet : https://www.oag.ca.gov/firearms/certified-handguns/search?make=150995
