Michael, yes Sir. Buds website is programmed for location. Just place it in your Cart and select Checkout and either an FFL will be requested or your Home address will come up for shipping. Cheers and stay safe!

Yes, Buds will ship muzzleloader to your house in Kentucky without FFL. A muzzleloader is not considered a firearm on the federal level. When you check out, your address will come up for shipping. I hope this helps.
