Factory-new firearms may be test-fired by manufacturers prior to shipping to retailers. As such, residual powder, rotation marks on revolver cylinders, and certain compounds or residues may remain on the surface of, or within the firearm by the manufacturing process, or from test-firing. These new firearms may not give the expected appearance that a cleaned firearm would. All firearms sold by BudsGunShop.com as "new" are in fact new in the box as received directly from manufacturers or firearm distributors and include (if applicable) the manufacturers' warranty. As such, you agree to inspect the firearm you have purchased from BudsGunShop.com BEFORE you take transfer of the firearm from your Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) dealer.

In the event you are not satisfied with the appearance or function of the firearm, do not take transfer and notify BudsGunShop.com immediately for a replacement or refund.

In the event there are defects in materials or workmanship of your firearm post-transfer, you must contact the manufacturer for remedy. Used, factory-refurbished, pre-owned, show guns, or guns in any other condition other than new in box will be clearly marked as such on our website.

YOU are assuming all responsibility for the legality of a specific item when you purchase it.

YOU are responsible for checking all local laws before ordering or using an item from BudsGunShop.Com or any manufacturer whose product is sold here.

YOU are responsible for remitting state and local sales tax in the event that BudsGunShop.com has not collected sales tax on your behalf. Reporting and submission of sales tax may vary by state. For any questions, we recommend you contact your state revenue department.

YOU must notify us immediately should you have any concerns about the legality of any product you have ordered.

YOU are the actual transferee / buyer of the fiream(s) you are purchasing from BudsGunShop.com.  (WARNING: You are not the actual buyer if you are acquiring the firearm(s) on behalf of another person).

YOU are not under indictment or information in any court for a felony, or any other crime, for which the judge could imprison you for more than one year or are a current member of the military who has been charged with violation(s) of the Uniform Code of Military Justice and whose charge(s) have been referred to a general court-martial.

YOU have not been convicted in any court, including a military court, of a felony, or any other crime, for which the judge could have imprisoned you for more than one year, even if you received a shorter sentence including probation.

YOU have not been convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence, nor are you nor have you been a member of the military and convicted of a crime that included, as an element, the use of force against a person as a current or former spouse, parent, or guardian, or person who shares a child in common, or cohabitating or cohabitated with the victim as a spouse, parent, or guardian, or by a person similarly situated to a spouse, parent, or guardian of the victim. The term includes all misdemeanors that have as an element the use or attempted use of physical force or the threatened use of a deadly weapon (e.g., assault and battery), if the offense is committed by one of the defined parties.

YOU have never renounced your United States citizenship.

YOU are not currently on Federal NICS or State agency “DELAY” OR “DENIED” status regarding your most recent attempt to purchase a firearm.  Firearm AND/OR  ammunition or ammunition component sales or transfers are prohibited during these conditions.

YOU understand that handling, cleaning, or discharging firerams, ammunition or ammunition components may cause exposure to lead, and YOU hold BudsGunShop.com harmless and YOU assume all responsibility for any lead exposure.

We invest time and money to prepare every order that is placed on our site, even before the order ships. After you have placed your order online, or over the phone with a sales associate you will be charged 10% Cancellation/Change fee if you decide to cancel the order or substitute products. By placing an order online or making a phone order with a sales associate you agree to pay this 10% Cancellation/Change fee should you cancel or change your order. Our business is not set up to change orders easily. We apologize for having to implement these changes, but it is necessary in order to keep our prices low for our customers.

Occasionally we have only one item in stock and more than one person orders it. We will honor the first funded order. If we run out of stock we will cancel your order and refund your money.

If you do not pay with credit card or ACH we do not hold items from your order. Consequently, if someone else with guaranteed funds buys the same item it may become unavailable and we cannot ship one to you. Once you place an order with us we will set your items aside with your name on them ONLY after your order is funded. This is our only way to know you are serious about the order. If you do send us a check or money order and we sell the item to someone else, we will return and void your personal check or mail you a refund check.

Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions or pictures on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will return the money.

If an item's description contains an error such as incorrect price and a customer orders one, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will not bill the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that BudsGunShop.Com will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.
