Born of the traditions of the Old West, the Rough Rider maintains much of the look and feel of the legendary Single Action Army revolver, only in a scaled down version. Chambered for the .22LR cartridges, the Rough Rider is manufactured using state-of-the-art precision machinery that assures its accuracy and reliability. The cylinder lock-up is tight and the perfect timing of the action makes for a handgun that will put its shots where you want 'em.

Minor blemish on the barrel, the handle is really gorgeous, and comfortable. Debated between 4 and 5 stars, but with the price (minus rebate) it's an amazing deal, can't beat it for the price.

This long barreled revolver is fun to shoot. Fairly primitive rear sight. But very accurate.

As a gun collector and long range shooter I have few guns that I actually use. Most purchases just go into my vaults for keepsake. I enjoy collecting and I’m always happy with the quality of Heritage Manufacturing. I have several of the long barrel revolvers and they are nice pieces for my collection.

Completely impractical, but its very well made a lot of fun to shoot. Great conversation piece. Its so cool to handle I can't decide whether to keep it in my safe or mount on my wall.

Experienced numerous misfires first time to the range. Shimmed mainspring under grips with a washer. (per utube video). Now gun works great! Also used locktight on all screws to prevent future problems. Thanks utube.
