This was a good news / bad news purchase. I really hate it when a company leaves a 85% jewel for the customer to "finish"the job of QC. The design is superb. Handling of high base shells including OO and slugs was flawlwess. Sights were perfect, not a simple bead. This beast can really throw the lead. But, a few things left to the end user on a thousand plus dollar gun is rude. I should not have to pay almost $100.00 to get a metal magazine tube and holder. And whoever had the bright idea to make to grip on the stock and the foearm RAZOR sharp should be fired. As soon as you pick it up w/o gloves it tears you skin. It lasted 1 round before I took it home and "dehorned it. I have purchased many guns and never had a cheese grater surface. And yes, after $100.00 and an hour with tape and sandpaper, it is now a top shelf weapon. Understand this upfront, but it is a top of the line gun and will reccomend it highly after the tweaks. And Buds handled this and all of my purchases well.

I love this shotgun. My first time to the range, I started out shooting low brass #8 shot. It shot all of the #8 shot that I carried with me. I then put lots of #00 and slugs through it. I am very happy with the fit and feel of this shotgun. My only upgrade was a Limbsaver pad. Buds is great to buy from. I am already widow shopping for my next purchase.

Like always Buds comes through. The Beretta A300 Ultima Patrol is worth every penny. Once I received it I already had the upgrades for it and it shot great. I ran 100 Remington 00 buck through it. Loved it so much I placed an order for the Beretta 1301 C Mod 2.

This is a very light shotgun and it's exactly what I was looking for. After 300 rounds of everything not 1 hiccup and that says a lot.

The a300 patrol has met and exceeded my expectations. For the price I think it's the best option out there for semi auto tactical 12 guage. It runs whatever I put in it. I shoot some cheap target lead with no issue as well as buck shot and slugs. So far I haven't had a single failure. It's also cool to be able to ghost load and have up to 9 shells loaded at one time. I've tried to outrun the gun and I cannot. I'm not a competition shooter but I was shooting very quickly and never got ahead of it. Definitely one of the fastest out there. I would definitely recommend to anyone considering something like it. The only negative thing I have to say about it is there was an insane amount of machine oil on the gun out of the box. I would not skip disassemble and cleaning the whole thing. There were a lot of metal shavings as well like it was rushed out. The quality is great but presentation out of box was not what I expected for a $1000 firearm.

The Beretta Ultima A300 is precisely what I've been seeking. Utilizing Team Buds layaway program, made this purchase attainable. After extensive research and a considerable wait, I finally acquired this exceptional 12 gauge. It's undoubtedly one of the finest available on the market.

The shotgun is the most excellent! No disappointments at all as I easily loaded 8 rounds and then shot them all so smoothly. I proceeded with birdshot, then buckshot, and then a couple slugs. I haven't purchased any accessories yet, but this weapon is perfect and worthy of all its great reviews in all the magazines and such. The problem is that it is so hard to find. Bud's had it, and I tried to purchase it, and the purchase went through. Then the next day I was told that the product was not available. However, I could buy it for $50 more if I joined Bud's Club for $29.00 more plus the taxes. It was a bummer to have to pay $87 more when the gun was clearly in the shop. The first purchase should legally apply. However, it came so quickly and I was able to purchase and clear the background check before the laws changed on January 1st here in Washington. Thanks so much for being the only one who even had the weapon for a short time.

Great shotgun! One of my favorites.

I live in a area that sometimes has questionable people roaming around the Beretta A300 Ultima Patrol is exactly what is been looking for it has the weight, length and ammo capacity and comfortable to handle and shoot it will be used to keep the unwonted at bay if needed and will be kept close by in my bedroom. After shooting the Beretta a few times and with the sling mounting points it would be a comfortable carry and plan to use it on my next waterfowl and Turkey hunt. Maybe my vest semi auto tactical shotgun yet. I would place it on a par with my M4, actually it handles a little better than the Benelli as it has a slimmer stock and has a better regular style pistol grip and forearm, they are slimmer. The only possible negative is that the M-Lok slots are a little too far forward on the fore end. It shoots very well, using flite control 12-gauge 00 buck, it will make one hole at 8 yards, and at 25 yards keeps all the pellets in a 18" circle, just a little below where you point it. I have a new pilothouse shotgun!

picked mine up from my FFL today. Ran 150 rounds of mixed bird/buck/slug through it with no issues whatsoever. accurate and well made. Wouldn’t expect anything less from Beretta.
