Great gun, Buds is always a great place to buy guns.

Handles well - no issues on the range. Rather complicated to strip - especially knocking out the two drift pins (which I replaced with 3mm bolts and lock nuts, bought on Amazon). Short bullpup with pump action - the only improvement would be to make it magazine-fed. Would recommend for home defense.

Love this pump shotgun. Shoots excellent. Recoil not bad at all.

great shotgun, recoil is not bad because it's the padding. Tube fed, pump action is the better choice, not picky on ammo and avoids jam issue of the magazine fed options.

This budget bullpup 12ga exceeds expectations. Have fired a couple hundred rounds through it with out a hang up. Contacted the manufacture for an accessory and received great service.

The Escort BullTac 12ga 18" Bullpup Shotgun is a nice gun, It feels solid and well made for a shotgun of that price, so well that you will have some challenges cleaning it; because as a new gun and it came with many debris... here is my review, First you have to find a video of how to do it on YouTube, watch this video "Care and Cleaning of the BULL TAC Shotgun!", it will help you a lot, BUT I can tell you in advance, you will need a Roll Pin Punch for a 1/8 or 1/16 with at least 1-1/2" tip long and some Key Allen wrench, so, after removing the allen nuts, you will need the long pin punch to remove those three 1/16 pins that hold the action slide tube, and that is when the party starts, those pins are well holding the tube arms and the plastic cover, and if you don't have a roll pinch punch long enough, you will ending bending the pins and probably;y breaking the plastic cover, and belive me, it's very hard to find those 1/16" Diameter x 1-5/8" Long Roll Pin / Spring Pin / Tension Pin, I couldn't find a replacement, because I bend one, but I was able to "fix" it. and because those pins are very close to the mag tube if those aren't straight enough it will drag those pins allover the mag pipe, scratching it, and make the action hard because the draging..so be very careful when you remove those pins...or just take it to the gunsmith. Also, those pins are protected by some plastic cover that does not seem that strong, but I haven't been able to shoot it yet..so I probably will put some black gorilla tape, It's my personal choice. The action is smooth and looks very cool with the extra rounds holding in the front, I add a red dot and a light. I will say, it's not a cheap gun..it is a cool inexpensive one.

The purchase of my new Hatsan Escort Bull-Tac shotgun was easy and relatively painless through Bud's Guns. Had it sent to my local FFL and picked it up within a week. I put my new shotty through a rigorous day of shooting everything from #7 birdshot, 00 buckshot to one ounce slugs. It handled all of them perfectly. The recoil on the slugs and buckshot was a bit heavy, but that was expected. All shots were right on target at 20 yards. The only downsides to this gun are that a few of the machine screws worked loose and had to be tightened (I suggest using blue Loc-Tite to keep this from reoccurring) and the loading ramp is a little sharp and sliced my finger open when sliding in some shells. I will take it out and smooth the sharp edges of the ramp to keep this from happening again. Other than that, this is an awesome bull-pup shotgun and I look forward to many years of fun from it!

Does exactly what it was designed to do pull trigger goes bane every time Lube well I used Otis brand dry lube and Balistol mineral oil Used Winchester Ranger segmented rifle slug (LE ammo) good ammo The gun performed excellent LOTS OF BANG FOR THE BUCK.

As always buds guns was great. The gun is great for the price. Don't know how Buds gers such great pricing but I love it.

Bulltac 12ga. Great bullpulp smooth action trigger has travel not much a transition between travel and fire maybe 3 lb overall. Chrome bore I like well made sights sling and rails everything great . But I tell you what they did very bad engineering on the roll pen cover to keep pins from sliding out .come on y'all know they will fall off mine did but I found it. Just a simple screw would fix I do like and have ordered a 410 but give it a 4 star a 1 cent screw and it would be 5

I am pleasantly impressed with the Escort BullTac 12ga I just purchased. It arrived in excellent condition at my FFL dealer. It’s a well balanced and designed shotgun. The slide release is on the tigger guard. No fumbling to find it. It can be reached from the ready position easily. The weapon cycles smoothly and is accurate. The short size makes it a great choice for home or car defense. The real bonus is the lifetime warranty from Bud’s. Thinking about buying another one for my wife. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment with this gun!

Quick shipping and as described. Went through several hundred rounds and only a few discharge jams being I used very cheap ammo for testing, so worked out better than I thought it would, slightly heavy but feels right, shoulder sling works awesome and very comfortable. Awesome bang for the buck..

This weapon is another nice range toy. Everything functions smooth and as expected. The sights are cheap plastic, the rear sight adjustment knob as bent but functional on my specimen. It’s worth the price, but don’t trust your life to it especially for prolonged use in the field.

Great gun and the price is unbeatable.. I tried it earlier it was GREAT…I’m planning to buy few more 20g and 401.
