I shot the first 200 rounds straight out of the box, no cleaning and no lubing, it ran flawlessly through multiple shooters. I’ve put another few hundred rounds in after cleaning and lube, ran flawlessly again. Very accurate and easy to maintain on target. If I had anything negative to say it would be the weight, it’s pretty heavy.

This is me favorite gun to shoot. It is butter to shoot. So smooth.

I purchased this10mm Ruger carbine rifle because I have a Glock 20 which is a 10mm pistol…I go huckleberry picking in the late summer and fall in grisly country and wanted a backpack size rifle to carry as well as my pistol. After putting a just one 30 round magazine through it I knew I made the right choice…it shoots like a dream and is very accurate up to 100 yards. Love this Ruger LC carbine 10mm!

I have a glock 40 in 10mm and the kick (for me at least) means a delay in getting back on target so I figured a carbine would help tame this powerful pistol calibur. If you are thinking of bringing it camping in a back pack it's not going to fit, even with the stock folded. It's also heavier than I expected for a carbine but you can tell by the feel and controls that it is very well made by Ruger. The weight also helps with the recoil which is very managable. If you're looking for a truck gun I don't think you could do much better. Fit and finish is outstanding! Buds shipping was fast.

My son and I love this gun. We shot it side by side with the cz scorpion and enjoy shooting this just as much, but with the 10MM punch. We had no jams or malfunctions. best price from Buds and arrived quickly. would highly recommend this gun

Buds did a great job getting me the firearm quickly. It was a seamless transaction. I have not shot the firearm yet, but I did have to send it to Ruger already to have the trigger pivot replaced. It failed while I was function checking when I got it home. Ruger turnaround time was about 2 weeks which I thought was pretty good.

Awesome gun! This 10mm is a tac driver and super fun to shoot. The 10mm packs a little punch but the ruger handles it flawlessly. I’ve only ran about 500 rounds through it, but so far I 100% would recommend!

This LC carbine is awesome and at a great price

Phenomenal rifle in a pistol caliber! Spectacular for the price. The LC Carbine is built and finished beautifully. It is a very aesthetic rifle. She’s purty, to say the least. Handling is great with the bolt/chamber over the grip design. She’s heavy, yes, but the weight distribution makes it feel much lighter than it really is. Maneuverable as heck! The controls seem to have polar opinions. I am a big fan of them! I also have the pc charger and those controls are a more akin to the 10/22 design which is nice for a plinker but not for a defensive weapon, in my opinion. The controls on the LC carbine are much closer to a pistol. All the controls are available to you in such a way that you can handle the firearm with one hand. The safety is like a 1911, making it much more intuitive to use than the a push button safety (I always forget which side is safe). I think it’s a great layout. Recoil? I was expecting a heavy recoiling animal but was extremely surprised to find that it’s very soft shooting. The really heavy bolt and long barrel really work wonders dampening the recoil. My pc charger has such a harsh recoil that I had to put a muzzle brake on it, which I was considering doing with the LC charger expecting a similar experience since they’re both direct blowback designs. But nope! Don’t need it. I do plan on suppressing it however, but that’s for a different reason. The sights included are nice! I almost didn’t want to put an optic because of them, but I did have an extra optic laying around. If I didn’t, perhaps I would have kept it that way. I was able to cowitness them to my optic. Nice! So far, I’ve shot around 200 rounds out of it and it has not failed in any form and feel that this thing will eat up anything and ask for more. Reliability appears to be there! The only negative I have is that they only gave one magazine. I’ve purchased several ETS mags for cheap and haven’t had any issues with feeding or releasing unintentionally. This firearm will feel right at home for home defensive and also be a great camping weapon for large dangerous four legged critters. It’s also a ton of fun to shoot! All in all, this is my favorite Ruger that I own. Absolutely a wicked heavy hitting hammer that’ll put a smile on your face. It’s great!
