Lightfield NOVA Distraction Rounds are 20 Gauge Mega-Blank shells designed to create a pronounced muzzle flash and concussion without firing a projectile. The 2 3/4 inch plastic shells produce an approximately 100-decibel blast signature with little or no smoke and no projectile fragmentation, making them suitable for specialized signaling and distraction applications. These rounds must never be fired directly at people or animals. The blast and flash can cause severe injury or death at close range, and extreme caution is required around children, pets, and hearing-sensitive environments.
