Brownells 18° Chamfer Cutter for .38 caliber is a gunsmithing tool designed to clean up and unify the throat/chamber entrance. The cutter’s 18° angle is suited to jacketed bullets as well as round nose and semi-wadcutter lead bullets, helping remove most factory cuts while staying within recommended throat diameter limits.
