Brownells #3 Shank Shotgun Bead Facing Cutter .099 inch Diameter is a gunsmithing tool for squaring up shotgun front sights that sit on Bradley-style (Bev-L-Blok, Raybar, Sunspot, and similar) bead bases. It trims the bead base so it ends up straight and square to the centerline of the rib or barrel when tightened.
