The Maxim Defense MD15 Other Weapon combines a compact 12.5-inch barrel with a free-floating M-LOK handguard and MIL-SPEC AR-15 components. Chambered in 5.56 NATO, this semi-automatic platform is optic ready and features a manual safety, trigger safety, and threaded barrel. Its faux suppressor configuration gives the firearm a distinctive appearance while retaining the practical handling characteristics of a compact AR-15 for duty or range use. Factory standard models do not include a grip safety or ambidextrous safety.
