This gun runs...
This gun runs wonderfully. Never a failure to feed/fire/extract. Extremely accurate as well. Light recoil (due to weight) and comfortable to grip for medium to large hands. The frame to slide fit is perfect. The trigger is light and crisp. I promise you won't find anything quite this nice in this price range. The only reason for 4 stars is the lack of aftermarket support. Finding grips to replace the plastic factory pieces is difficult. I ended up getting thin aluminum grips from EGD. However, the fit is not good (large gaps at the top) and they were expensive. Thankfully, Dawson Precision makes nice fiber optic front sights that install easily and greatly increase the sight picture. My guess is that someday the aftermarket accessories will become more prevalent. Of course, the price point of these wonderful Tanfoglio pistols will increase accordingly - get 'em while they're cheap!
