The Kimber 1911 DS Warrior is a five-inch 9mm double-stack pistol designed around the familiar 1911 operating system with modern capacity and optic capability. Its crowned barrel, Match Grade trigger, Picatinny accessory rail, and durable carbon fiber and glass-filled matrix grip support controlled shooting and dependable handling. The pistol includes a C&H RMR-compatible optic mount, a fixed rear sight, and a night sight front sight for flexible aiming in varied conditions. An ambidextrous manual safety provides access from either side of the pistol.

First off, the pistol...
First off, the pistol shoots very well. It came in with less than optimal QC. The thumb safety on the left side is very loose. I almost sent it back. I am replacing grip module and the safety anyway so I kept it. Is it worth the money? Yes. Would i buy it again, also yes. Kimber needs to get their QC down though.
