Ruger Mark IV Target .22 LR Blued Pistol

A: Hi James and welcome. Unfortunately, not all have been vetted for the CA DOJ Handgun Roster. California is very specific on model numbers that are compliant. Only 40183 and 40187 are on the CA Handgun Roster: --https://oag.ca.gov/firearms/certified-handguns/search?make=151002 ---------------------------- 10rd mags are the norm from Ruger. +2 follower here: https://www.makershot.com/ruger-advanced-kit

A: Hi Qiang and welcome. Buds does not have a return policy on firearms. Once sold and paperwork completed at your local FFL Dealer, they are owned and any issues must be taken up with the manufacturer under their warranty. This is why you should thoroughly inspect all firearms prior to completing transfer paperwork at your local FFL Dealer. Cheers and stay safe!

A: This is Bud's stance on firearms. Firearms: It is solely the customers responsibility to thoroughly inspect the firearm(s) at the FFL prior to accepting the transfer. If there is a noticeable defect of any kind to the firearm, or associated case/contents, please simply refuse the transfer and we will arrange to have the firearm returned to us, at our expense, and issue the customer a full refund or replacement firearm if available. If the customer accepts the transfer from the FFL, we can then only refer the customer to the manufacturer for warranty consideration.
