I was pretty excited...
I was pretty excited initially about getting this. I own one other Stoeger firearm (STR-9C) that I like very much and the sub $300 price point seemed like a good value for what appears to be a pretty good sized carry .40. Only comes with one mag. Therein lies the problem, I am having follower issues with the magazine where the ammunition won't seat correctly on the top of the lip causing it to FTF. I couldn't even get 100 rounds out of it during its first range session due to having to clear jams every 2 or 3 rounds. Speaking with Stoeger currently about a new magazine, have also ordered another one to see if that fixes the issue. Until I can get a full range session in, I cannot recommend this unit as is. This review does not reflect on the service I received from Buds, which was top notch as always.

I've been reading...
I've been reading reviews on Stoeger handguns lately and thought I'd give this 40 cal. a try. I haven't fired it but it feels good in the hand and feels well made and buds is always easy to buy from. I would definitely recommend.
