A: I don't see why you couldn't shoot slugs out of it. It has a nice 3 inch chamber. It has a bore that can take it according to what little research I did. I don't have this, so I'm just giving my 2 cents.

A: Of course it will and it will do it easily. This can handle 3 inch magnums. Have fun if you get it.

A: Raymond, This over/under shotgun has a single selective trigger, and includes five (5) interchangeable chokes. It is best to use the Cylinder Chokes for Slugs and not the more restrictive modified or full chokes.

A: Bruce, the ATI line of shotguns are just slightly less quality of build fit and finish but, are of very good quality given the price point compared to more robust brands. Reviews are strong and they certainly provide a niche entry point into O/U's world. Cheers and stay safe!

A: They function as well as more expensive over and under...BUT the fit and finish are not as good (no collection value...its a shooting gun). The gun is very light... around 6lb due to the aluminum receiver which means the recoil can be rather strong. The gun is very reliable so you are good with this. This gun is made by Turkish KOFS and they been making over and under shotguns for a while now. ATI Cavalry is the exact same gun as the Stevens/Savage 555....made by the same company in Turkey. A: I can guess like these other 2 are doing, umm they're umm good but not as good as the other more expensive ones, because in Turkey where every 3rd building on any given st is a shotgun manufacturer, QC is of the utmost importance

A: Yes, The Cavalry SVE Over/Under with ejectors is chambered for up to 3" 12-gauge shells, it'll run 2¾" shells no problem

A: Nikita, yes no issue. A shotgun that has a 3 inch chamber can fire 3 inch or shorter shells. Same concept as a .357 Magnum revolver being able to fire the shorter .38 Special round. Cheers and stay safe!

A: It is a single selective trigger the recoil for the 1st shot switches the inertia block to the next barrel So you pull the trigger and the selected barrel fires release trigger and pull again the 2nd barrel fires

A: James, you don't have to change in between shots, it does it automatically. Single Selective is one Trigger in which you can select the top or bottom barrel to shoot first. Have a great day!

A: Hi Gagan, The ejector throws the empty cartridge case clear of the breech, and unless you are fast enough to catch it, it will fall to the ground. Extractors just extract the shell a little, so you can finish removing them with your fingers. In extractor shotguns the extractor does all the lifting of the shotgun shell. When the gun is opened, it is using the mechanical advantage of the barrels hinging open to raise the extractors, and bring the shell just high enough for you to be able to remove it manually. A: Hi Gagan and welcome to the Buds Community. Ejectors pop the shells completely out of the chamber when the action is opened. Extractors partially pushes the shell out enough for you to grab and pull out of the chamber. Ejectors are faster of course. Cheers and stay safe!
