The gas-operated SMART Valve Piston is self-regulating and designed to cycle a broad range of loads, from 7/8-ounce shells to 2-ounce magnum loads. As always buds was...
As always buds was great but can't say the same for the escort 410. Was hard to load as if the follower in the mag tube was bindingup. Got a few minor cuts on my hand from sharp rough edges. Had trouble chambering 2 1/2 inch shells. After a box of ammo it began to get better but not there yet. I have bought several sa shotguns over the years and this is the first one that wasn't smooth functioning out of the box. Seems to be well built but needs a little refining.
