It's important to remember that the composition, not the height of the brass, determines the power of the shell. Some high-brass shells might contain the same load as low-brass shells, and vice versa. This cut allows for improved eye alignment and target acquisition. The receiver is also drilled and tapped for mounting other optics, and adapter plates are included for RMR, Docter, and Leupold footprint optics.
