Brownells’ 1911 Auto HSS Lo-Mount Sight Base Cutter is made to cut the sight base slot required for Wichita and Novak Lo-Mount 1911 Auto sights. It’s a dedicated milling cutter used during custom 1911 optic mounting work to produce the correct dovetail interface for reliable sight installation.
