Hands down in my opinion the best affordable fun little 22 plinker you can get. With the huge added benefit of being able to use the 1022 magazine switch are readily available just about anywhere really tops this 22 off. Personally, I'm well aware of the actual Ruger 1022 is the top dog when it comes to these types of rifles but for myself personally I just cannot whatsoever understand or personally spend about $100 more initially just for one and then typically at least a couple hundred more to make it somewhat decent and it especially shocks me when guys are decking them out so much they have over $1000 into them when at the end of the day for me it's still just a little 22 plinker. Which is exactly why I went with this particular one as I know the biggest downside of it to some people is there's a ton of modifying to do to it but again it's a low 22 rifle. I see no need for it other than I threw a $30 Amazon scope on it and a bipod and literally the first day with the cheap scope as well as I had already ordered two additional Winchester magazines as well as three pack of the 10 22 10 round magazines and two of the Ruger 25 round magazines and this thing handled every single one of them flawlessly and literally after just about 15 shots and a few adjustments I was hitting the bull's-eyes dead on at 80 yards, as well as even being able to hit my tiny 6 inch round steel plate at 80 yards rapid firing 10 for 10 which told me everything I needed to know and I couldn't be happier

Haven't put an upper on it quite yet, but feels incredibly smooth and intuitive.

Fantastic! Bought this in .243 to use for deer from shoot-houses. The compact size handles very well in the tight blind situations. It is a shooter too. Very accurate. Love the feel of the stock. Took a nice 8 point with it this session and I am very pleased all the way around! Thinking about one in .308 next. Buds was super, as usual. Used my team Buds layaway and it was no hassle. I have bought a number of cases from buds. Currently they are all in use protecting my weapons. These cases are what you need to protect yourself. And they affordable and get the job done.

Phenomenal firearm. Very accurate. Great ergonomics and trigger feel. Only downside so far is the iron sights. They are plain black iron sights with no dots. Not ideal for a platform with limited aftermarket availability.

Work great in my edc. So much lighter. Almost feels like I forgot to grab my gun before leaving the house. Had to do a double check to make sure I didn't have an empty mag in it.

Beautiful, wonderful pistol. But…. Be careful when you rack the slide. I rammed my left index finger into the right side safety button and cut it bad.

This gun has a great feel and shoots great but it does kick a little more than I would've expected. Love the gun and would buy it again!
