Great handgun for hunting in tight forest or swamps. I shot 1-to-2.0-inch grounds at 50 and 100yards off a bench with 5 manufacturers. I got by best grounds out of 240grains. The recoil can be handled easy with also any level of handgun shooting skills. I topped this pistol with a Burris 2-7 X 32 scope. This will be my go-to hog where I live in Florida.

First impressions: 150 rounds through with 0 issue. No light strikes, no failure to extract / eject. Manufacturing is incredibly solid and clean. Trigger: From what I understand, the tension and pull can vary ( as with most guns ) with some saying it is a heavier or more awkward pull than they would prefer. I am happy to say the trigger I received had incredibly smooth and predictable travel, with a pull of what I'd assume anywhere from 4-5lbs. Far from a bad trigger but mileage may vary. Stock: The stock is well made though I personally would like some changes. There is a certain looseness to some of the smaller pieces that can rattle when moved which is slightly unpleasant but ultimately inconsequential. The cheek rest is machined a bit hard and jagged toward the back which could be uncomfortable for some. Do note that when you fold for the first time you need to lift upward on the hinge to return it to full length. It will have a lot of tension until you've unfolded it enough to make an indent ( which is intended ) and after that break-in period it unfolds very smoothly. Barrel: The barrel is very well machined with excellent rifling. The accuracy of this carbine cannot be understated. I'd be willing to bet this is very close to the most precise ( especially at longer ranges ) 10mm carbine on the market. Threaded barrel is a nice addition, though its pitch at .578x28 is a bit niche. Leading to attachable devices being somewhat limited if you want something directly threaded without using some adapter or mount. Cons: My only real negative I have is the weight. For a PCC this thing is heavy. Which has its own advantages and disadvantages. The plus side is that it shoots like a kitten. The recoil impulse is very mild and predictable. Unless you are a generally small person, it will not beat you up. The downside is that the weight ( especially toward the front end ) can make shooting from standing positions become sluggish over time and could lead to reduced accuracy from fatigue. Overall this is such an excellent 10mm carbine and I will be happily keeping this for a long time to come. ( Do note that the gun has a bit of a quirk. If you hold the bolt open, quick forward impact (such as a slap to the butt of the stock ) can close the bolt without pressing the release. This may be a concern for some. I like to think of it as it as its own weird version of an HK slap as it's very easy to do intentionally )

I had wanted a Glock 40 for a long time, so when the model wasn't carried over to the Gen 5 lineup and Glock shocked the world by announcing they were ceasing production of Gen 1-5 pistols, I figured it was now or never. I love the 10mm cartridge. This gun's 6 inch barrel and longer sight radius will be welcome on my next warthog hunt. I love Buds. I have purchased about 98 of my collection from them.

Purchased as a spare mag for my LC Carbine. Legitimately the best bang for your buck if you're looking for 10mm glock mags (which are niche so it is a very pleasant surprise). Well manufactured and ran without a single feed issue. You will not be disappointed.

Shipping was fast and it's a well built carbine but its a bit on the heavy side. With the mag in the grip it keeps it compact. 3 types of ammo functioned fine. Would like to see a pistol version thats lighter weight.

The quality seems to be on par with other CVA scout and optima pistols I already have. Nice finish, good trigger and Buds was great to deal with. The only other thing I would like to add is the Muzzle on this 44 Mag has a 11/16-24 thread (not the 5/8-24 thread as in the answers provided a few years ago) So you will need a 11/16-24 threaded muzzle device if you are putting one on it.
