The Glock 40 Gen4 Competition MOS is a long-slide 10mm pistol designed to provide increased sight radius, higher velocity, and stable handling. Its cold-hammer-forged barrel and mechanically locked action support dependable performance, while the polymer frame with hardened steel guides keeps weight manageable. The Modular Optic System slide is ready for a compatible red dot sight, and the Glock Safe Action system provides a consistent trigger pull with three independently operating automatic safeties that reengage when the trigger is released. Gen4 features include an interchangeable backstrap system, a reversible magazine catch, and textured grip surfaces for a secure hold. The matte finish helps reduce glare and resists wear and corrosion.

The amount of power in this pistol is mind blowing. The 10mm is a deer dropping powerhouse in a small package. The G40 is comfortable to shoot and accurate. I took this doe at 50 yards through the heart.

I had wanted a Glock...
I had wanted a Glock 40 for a long time, so when the model wasn't carried over to the Gen 5 lineup and Glock shocked the world by announcing they were ceasing production of Gen 1-5 pistols, I figured it was now or never.
