Great mags! I have had no problems so far in either Gov or Commander. They have that straight polymer follower that reduces bullet dip. It holds eight rounds very well. You don't have to fight with the 8th to get it in their. All in all, good stuff!!! Buds rocks as always...

I got the Moxie just to see if it could handle the heat of 460 Rowland. I beefed it up with all the springs and internals, added a bushing comp. The trigger was great out of the box but ultimately I got her in the 2 lb sweet spot. With a 20lb recoil spring she ate 450 SMC 230 Grain Double Tap ammo all day long. Just make sure you put your right foot back a few inches. It is a great 1911. I really found no problems with it. The optic system is a pain since you have to order it separately but once you do, it has all the plates you need for any optic. That is nice. If I did it again I would get the commander. The polymer frame is plenty strong and is perfect for a ccw situation. Overall I think it's a great gun. I was pleasantly surprised. They did not sacrifice strength for weight at all.

Great gun, have it for home defense. Shoots like a 12 gauge but the pistol grip helps out with the recoil. I added a rail mounted light and it serves its purpose well
