This model comes in a Glock branded hard case with owner's manual, warranty registration card, (3) 15rd Magazines, four interchangeable palm swell inserts for optimal hand-fit, cable lock, bore brush, orange plastic chamber blocker and Glock Sticker / Decal.   Good morning to you!! This is a new in the box firearm. Used firearms state used in the description and are found in the used section. This Glock 20 Gen 4 comes with 3-15 round magazines, 4 palm swells to customize the grip to fit perfectly in your hand, a hard case branded by Glock, a chamber flag, lock, bore brush, warranty card, manual, sticker. • Q: I am a TX resident, but will be in Kentucky later this summer. Can TX LTC residents purchase handguns in Kentucky or do they have to have them shipped to a TX FFL?

  Ed, only Long guns can be purchased across State lines. Handguns must to shipped to a local FFL for transfer to you by Federal Law.

• Q: Is this a good first handgun for my son?

  Justin, this will depend on whether your son has some experience with a Magnum Level semi-auto cartridge like the 357 Magnum/10mm. The range of load power level ranges from mild 40S&W level to past 357 Magnum level. If so he is good. If he is entry level, I would look at the 9mm Glocks instead. I personally carry, hunt, target shoot and compete with the 10mm Glocks and 10mm is the only Glocks I shoot.
• Q: What’s the difference between the gen 3 and gen 4 G20 exactly, just the texture on frame? Are the recoil springs the same ? How about how many magazines come with gen 3 (2)? Gen 4 (3)? Magazines?

  Just the texture on the frame and the Gen3 will come with 2 Magazines and the Gen4/Gen5 with 3 Magazines from the Factory.

• Q: Can I shoot Hard Cast lead rounds through a Glock 20 without any harm to weapon or warranty?

  Douglas, I own a Glock 20 and have shot cases of Doubletap 200gr Hard Cast loads for years with no ill effects. That said, Glock shuns away from firing "Lead" Bullets from their polygonal rifled barrels.
