Great deal on a 10/22. (Everyone should have a 10/22)I love the look in a weird way. I usually prefer wood stocks on rifles. But this one has a cool Stormtrooper feel.

Cool looking .22 and a hoot to shoot. I put a 2x red dot sight on the rail and the squirrels don't have a chance. It does like the hot ammo better!

My first time using buds guns so I will give both the rifle and the site a 5 🌟 review. The rifle is new in the box came with a black rail, an angeled stock slide (along with the straight one that's on it), a 10 round magazine, and a lock. The rifle came in around 10 days. the 32 round magazine came to my house in around 5. I will be using buds again and I very well may buy another Ruger 10/22 for myself as my son is getting this one for Christmas.

This was my first purchase from Bud's and it went well. The gun arrived in just short of a week. My only complaint about Bud's (which has nothing to do with the gun itself) is that they never notified me when the gun was shipped. Neither my FFL or I knew when it was shipped or when it would arrive. All that aside, the shipping was good and the product arrived seemingly undamaged. The gun itself is VERY comfortable. It looks like a lego when you look at it, and the gun's furniture itself is exactly what it looks: plastic. The reason I bought the gun was for that reason alone. I've shot about 700 rounds through it and it performed well. Since the gun is white it WILL get dirty. It took about 100 rounds to break in the gun, but overall I'm very satisfied with it. The only reocurring problem I'm having is that the Ruger Bx25 magazines do not feed well at all. I believe this is mostly due to the magazine itself, but I'm green when it comes to firearms. Something about the way the magazine seats in the rifle causes fail to fires and ejects about 20% of the time. The gun comes with a 10 rounder which performs 100% fine 100% of the time. I suggest buying the tri-ten round magazine joint (look it up) to connect three ten rounders in a drum like fashion to use rather than buying rugers 25 round magazine...if you want to be sure your rifle will cycle the ammo without problems. The guns pistol grip handle has storage, as well as it's stock. It comes with two stocks: one straight and one angled. Part of the four star review is because you CANNOT aim with the factory iron sights if you use the straight stock. This is understanable when you see that the reason for that is that the stock has a nice picatinny rail for better sights. But even with the angled rail aiming with the factory sights isn't as comfortable as I would like. TLDR: Great gun, very versatile with it's rails and storage, not good with rugers 25 round mags, would buy again.

Ruger always delivers quality and economy in its firearms and this is no exception. I added a Simmons scope two 25 round magazines and a nice rifle bag for under $340. Spot on accuracy with no malfunctions after over 1000 rounds great gun great price

This was my first purchase for a 10/22 and I have to say I absolutely love this gun. This model of the 10/22 is a semi automatic featured with an extending stock, 10 clip magazine, an upper optic rail and an under barrel rail with a protective slide cover. The gun itself is pretty lightweight with a very light trigger pull and virtually no recoil which makes it great for first time shooters or for a child's first gun. It is extremely note worthy however to mention that the ammunition you use with this weapon is important and that this model does not fire well with .22LR CCI ammunition in my experience. When I initially went to test out this gun at the range I immediately ran into problems with failure to feed & more importantly failure to eject. I even had to disassemble this firearm to remove a shell casing that was jammed into the barrel when it failed to eject after discharge. This however has been my only bad experience with this weapon. As soon as i switched to my .22LR Federal ammunition I was able to run 5,000 rounds with only two noted failures to feed and absolutely no failures to eject. This firearm was surprisingly very accurate as i was getting about an 1"-1.25" inch groupings at 120 yards with no problems during testing. and is just plain fun to shoot. Overall I rated this gun a 4 out of 5.

I was really impressed on how good looking this gun is. It shoots nice, very accurate. Light weight too. I installed a nice scope and a black nylon sling and it looks even more wicked. Very fun to shoot. Included was a rail to install my optics. It only took a few shots to get it on target. Because of how the stock is set with the stock on your shoulder you can not access the sights, the iron sights are unusable and a scope is mandatory. I also have the TD version, not sure which one I like better. Get one.
