• Q: Is this legal in NY? I know we have a 10 round limit but I'm not sure if that applies to tubular magazines.

  Steven, yes sir. Much to the dismay of Dictator Murphy, Semi-automatic rifles capable of firing only .22 caliber rimfire ammunition in a tubular magazine are exempt from the 10 rd limit. • Q: We have 10 round max magazine capacity here in Connecticut. Would this apply to this Henry Rifle which holds more than 10 rounds and still be legal here to own?

  Arthur, this is perfectly in Connecticut. Since this is a lever action with a tubular magazine it is allowed to have more than 10 rounds. Hope this helps and enjoy.

• Q: Is this lever action 15 round tube feed rifle compliant with CT State Law. Is it exempt from the 10 round magazine restriction?

  Michael, yes this is good to go in CT. So long as the lever action firearm has a "tubular magazine" it is not affected by the large capacity magazine ban. That ban explicitly exempts; "(B) a .22 caliber tube ammunition feeding device, (C) a tubular magazine that is contained in a lever-action firearm". Have a great day!

  Richard, LOP is exactly 14-inch length of pull (LOP). ((The Classic H001 model with an 18.25-inch barrel and 14-inch length of pull (LOP). The H001 has an ammunition capacity of 15-rounds when loaded with .22 Long Rifle (LR) cartridges, 17-rounds of .22 Long (if you can find them), and 21 rounds of .22 Short)).
