Great gun! it had a few FTF's right out the gate...but the more i fed it, the hungrier it got...it ran flawless after the first 50 rounds were out of its system...and it even shot the hollow point varmint rounds (that people say are such a problem) no problem at all I'd herd horror stories about these WASR's, but like the commenter before me already said, "it just works"...so if your like me, and didnt want to stock pile 2 different ammo sizes, and want to just stick with 223/5.56....AND you want an inexpensive AK...you cant go wrong with this one! plus! i found an ar-15 magazine adapter online through MSA...so i dont even have to buy new mags! its a win win all around.

Bud's got the rifle to my ffl quickly. The rifle is far from pretty, but you don't buy a romanian ak for sleek sexy lines. The rifle was shipped with two steel magazines. I picked up two other mags from a different vendor. Took it to the range today. The sights aren't canted, all the mags fed reliably and the weapon was more accurate than i anticipated. I expected all sorts of problems. The rifle just worked.
