The Zastava Arms ZPAP85 is a semi-automatic AK-pattern rifle chambered in 5.56 NATO and .223 Remington. It features a stamped steel 1.5mm receiver with a bulged trunnion, a corrosion-resistant hard nickel moly steel bolt carrier, and a hinged top cover. The 16.5-inch barrel uses a pinned and welded extension to meet the listed overall length of 34 inches. A Midwest Industries LWS folding stock reduces the rifle to 26 inches when folded. The rifle is equipped with Krinkov-style iron sights, a quad-rail handguard, Magpul pistol grip, Magpul RVG foregrip, optics rail, and rear Picatinny rail adapter.
