A 22lr is a 22lr any way you make it,,, but I had to have it in an ak version,,,AWESOME!!! Buds rulz!!!

I put a couple hundred rounds through this rifle and am impressed. I bought it so I can train with .22 instead of burning a lot of 7.62 ammo. I have to be careful which rifle I grab because the Ak and the GSG look and feel the same. Great plinker and great for cheap training for the full size AK.

Nice rifle for the money. No feed or ejection problems. The only thing it needs is a dot scope. Its a 22LR plinker.Fun.

This is my first AK. Overall I like this gun quite a bit. Its a fun high volume 22lr plinker. Biggest complaint is mine jams somewhat often. I'd say every 100-150 rounds I'll get a FTE that blocks the uptake of the next round. That said I've put 500 rounds through this a week for the last month and a half for about 2500-3000 rounds overall and have yet to field strip this gun for a deep cleaning. Might explain the jamming eh? Stock felt cheap, but the gun is FUN! For someone who wants to shoot a lot of rounds cost effectively this is a great gun. This gun is very accurate. I shoot it routinely out to 100 yrds and close range at a pistol range. It feels and looks nice after a short break in period. I own firearms of all calibers and sizes, and this one is hard to put down. All this said keep in mind its also not a true AK with a piston and gas tube. Its semi automatic functioning is similar to 10-22 or S&W's mp-15-22. In terms of quality and worksmanship. Here I'd say GSG might need to do a little work. Compared to other rifles I own this feels a little loose in my hands. Put another way, some of the parts of the gun move a little. ex: I can feel the trigger box moving a little in the receiver. The mount for the stock needed to be tightened. Suggests to me that the parts aren't being manufactured to the tightest specs or assembled in the best fashion. A few screws needed to be tightened here and there. That said mid level quality. My mp15-22 doesn't feel this loose. . But overall for the price...its a good and fun gun. So... I've been enjoying mine. Especially for the price. But keep in mind its a fun gun or a trainer. Also, This was my first experience with Bud's but that portion of things was great. Tracking info was good. I used one of their preferred FFL places near me in PA for the transfer; a shop named Dell's. They were super nice and friendly as well. Everything was smooth with the purchase and transfer. Arrived early.

great range toy! weighted really well but the stock is kinda cheap feeling. shoots great and easy to load the mag

Piece of junk, save your money. Built more like a toy , with cheap plastic parts and screws not even parkerized. Haven't fired it, since I am not going to keep it. My real ak-47 is sturdy and reliable. This GSG version appears to be neither.
