Hi Tom, call Bud's to initiate a return at 1-859-368-0371 9am-8pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 8pm Mon Or you FFL can do it, mine has done it for me in the past.
you would need to Contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 8PM EST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button and they will help you . We are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions

You or your FFL will need to contact Buds Customer Service (and ask to waive any restock fees if they bring it up) at 1-859-368-0371 9am-7pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 8pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday. To initiate a firearm return that you "Have Not Had Transferred" to you, then just give Buds Customer Service a call at 1-859-368-0371 9am-8pm EST Mon-Fri to proceed with having your FFL go forward with the return to Buds.
