I'm in CT, where the limit on magazine capacity is 10 rounds. Can the FPC accept 10 round mags? If so, can 3 10 round magazines be substituted in for the 17 round and (2) 23 round magazines? Or is the package deal unbreakable?

I'm in CT, where the limit on magazine capacity is 10 rounds.  Can the FPC accept 10 round mags?  If so, can 3 10 round magazines be substituted in for the 17 round and (2) 23 round magazines?  Or is the package deal unbreakable?

Hi Douglas and welcome. It can take 10rd magazines but, Buds will only ship without non-compliant magazines only. You will need to acquire 10rd magazines separately. Hi Douglas, unfortunately, this gun is not CT compliant even with 10rd magazines. The pistol grip is a deal breaker. 
The following are prohibited:
✘ Semi-automatic, centerfire rifle that has an ability to accept a detachable magazine and has
at least one of the following:
1. A folding or telescoping stock
❌ 2. Any grip of the weapon, including a pistol grip, a thumbhole stock, or any other stock, the use of which would allow an individual to grip the weapon, resulting in any finger on the trigger hand in addition to the trigger finger being directly below any portion of the action of the weapon when firing.
3. A forward pistol grip
4. A bayonet mount
5. A flash suppressor
6. A threaded barrel
7. A grenade launcher or flare launcher
8. Magazine Capacity over 10 rounds
