Hi Matt and welcome. These newer 357/9mm Stainless models the front sight base is slotted is soldered on and a blue blade pinned into the sight body. The Blade sight can be unpinned and replaced with say a Hi-Viz Blade Sight. You can always use a florescent Orange paint on the rear of the front sight blade as well. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!

Yes it can. The factory sight is pinned in place. Remove that pin and you can replace it with another sight of your preference
