Hi Greg and welcome. This is an in-house Finish. The advanced surface treatment of the slide results in optimal hardness by considerably reducing wear and tear and it makes it corrosion resistant, even when operating in saltwater conditions. The matte surface on the 42 Glock minimizes light reflection. Glock was licensed to do in house Cerakote Finishing a few years back. Cheers and stay safe!
