The pistol is fine but the magazine is not and would need to be left out of the order, VT has a limit on magazine capacity of 15 rounds for pistols and 10 rounds for long guns.

without the 30 round mag it is legal buds will ship with NO Magazine if that is the only reason that a gun is non compliant you would need tpurchase your own magazines .
